Analisis Kelayakan Usaha Cabai Rawit (Capsicum Frutescens L): Studi Kasus Usaha Tani Alvicky Mokalu Di Desa Keroit Minahasa Selatan

Alvicky Mokalu developed cayenne pepper cultivation in Keroit Village in early 2020. However, there is a government policy related to limiting community activities to prevent the spread of the Covid-19 virus, on the other hand, which causes the economic activity of the community in Keroit Village to be hampered and has an impact on this farming activity. Therefore, using the Return Cost Ratio approach, this study aims to prioritize the cayenne pepper farming business by Alvicky Mokalu during the current pandemic conditions. By using business period data for three months and two weeks, the analysis results show that the cayenne pepper cultivation business earns a profit of Rp. 60,633,200, and the Return Cost Ratio value is 218.68 for every 1 Rupiah of production costs. Based on these results, it is said that the cayenne pepper cultivation business is feasible to carry out.
