Analisis Pendapatan Pada Usahatani Paprika Bapak Hery Rumimper Di Kelurahan Rurukan I Kota Tomohon

Paprika (Capsicum annuum L.) is a plant that can produce fruit that tastes sweet and has a slightly spicy taste from the eggplant family or Solanaceae. Green, yellow, or red fruit can often be used in salads. Pepper farming can also be a source of income for farmers because many regions in Indonesia have a favorable climate for paprika cultivation, especially in Rurukan I Village, Tomohon City. Therefore, paprika has excellent potential to be developed. The purpose of this study was to analyze the income of paprika (Capsicum annuum L.) farming on Mr. Hery Rumimper's land in Rurukan I Village, East Tomohon District, Tomohon City. This research was conducted using a quantitative method that aims to analyze the income of paprika farming. This research is quantitative because the data collected is analyzed based on numbers. The results of this study show that the income of the paprika owned by Mr. Hery Rumimper in Rurukan I Village, Tomohon Timur District, Tomohon City, for the period October 2021 – June 2022 is IDR 25,729,825. The Break Even Point (BEP) in paprika farming is for BEP red peppers, the price is IDR 32,553,831, and BEP units are 651.63 kg, and for BEP green peppers, the price is IDR 40,721,211, and BEP units are 1,132 kg. The revenue obtained was IDR 56,100,000 and IDR 44,568,000, with a total production of 1,122 kg and 1,238 kg, so these results have reached a break-even point. The Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) obtained from paprika farming yields more than 1, namely 1.34, so it can be concluded that this farming is feasible to develop.
