Analisis Pendapatan Pada Usahatani Karunia Hidroponik Di Kelurahan Sarongsong II Kabupaten Minahasa Utara

Abstract

Lettuce (Lactuca sativa L) is a horticultural commodity with good prospects and commercial value. The horticultural commodity of lettuce has a very high economic value. Lettuce plants contain minerals, vitamins, antioxidants, potassium, iron, folate, carotene, vitamin C, and vitamin E. Hydroponic lettuce can be a promising farm for farmers. This study aimed to analyze the income of Hydroponic Lettuce (Lactuca Sativa L) farming in Sarongsong II Village, Airmadidi District, North Minahasa Regency. This research was conducted using quantitative methods to determine hydroponic lettuce farming income characteristics. This research is quantitative because the data obtained is analyzed based on numbers. The results of this study show that the income of Hydroponic Lettuce Farming in Sarongsong II Village, Airmadidi District, North Minahasa Regency, for the period October - November 2022, is IDR 1,277,668. The Break Even Point (BEP) in Hydroponic Lettuce farming is the BEP price of IDR 1,030,317.8, and the BEP unit is 34 kg. From the revenue obtained, namely Rp. 3,150,000 with a total production of 105 kg, so these results have reached a break-even point. Furthermore, the Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C) obtained from hydroponic lettuce farming yields more than 1, namely 1.68, so this farming is feasible to continue and develop.
