Keberhasilan Penyuluh Pertanian Dalam Kegiatan Penyuluhan Di Kelurahan Sarongsong II Kabupaten Minahasa Utara

Agricultural extensions play an important role in agricultural development because they empower farmers and other parties in the agricultural sector to increase productivity, income, and welfare. Agricultural instructors encourage farmers to change their old way of thinking, working and life to align with this era, the development of more advanced agricultural technology. This study aimed to determine the success rate of instructors in implementing extension activities in Sarongsong II Village, Airmadidi SubDistrict. This research used the qualitative method. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling. The data analysis technique used
descriptive data analysis with Likert scale measurements using tables with as many as 20 respondents. Based on the results of the analysis using the Likert scale, it can be concluded that the success rate of instructors in implementing extension activities in Sarongsong II Village, Airmadidi Sub-District, North Minahasa Regency had a high performance with a score of 2.4 and was categorized as very successful. Farmers argued that the presence of the instructors is very helpful in farming. For farmers, participating in extension activities is very beneficial for the progress of farmer groups because, through extension activities, farmers and instructors can exchange opinions and share experiences.

Studi Kelayakan Usahatani Organik: Studi Kasus Pada Valentine Organik Agro Di Desa Keroit Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan

Valentine Organic Agro (VOA) is one of the farming businesses in Keroit Village, South Minahasa Regency. This farming business operates in the organic farming field with five main organic commodities: peanuts, spring onions, tomatoes, red beans, and cayenne pepper. The agricultural commodities cultivated are types of plants that grow well in Keroit village and are also commodities that are in great demand by the community in general. This research focuses on peanut and leech plants, so it aims to analyze the feasibility of intercropping the cultivation of peanut and leech plants in VOA. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach to explain
how to calculate revenues, costs, and profits and calculate the Return Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) from intercropping cultivation of Peanuts and Leeks. The data analysis shows that the income obtained for spring onions and peanuts in one production period is IDR 26,930,350 or a monthly average of IDR 8,976,783. The calculation result for the R/C Ratio is 4.3, and the value shows that the intercropping business of Peanut and Leek plants in VOA is feasible.

Pendapatan Pemasok Wortel Dari Kelurahan Kakaskasen I Tomohon Di Pasar Bersehati Manado

The carrot suppliers in the Bersehati market come from within and outside Manado, namely carrot suppliers from the Kakaskasen I Village, Tomohon City. This study aimed to analyze the income of carrot supply suppliers from Kakaskasen I Village, Tomohon City, in Manado's Bersehati Market. This study uses a quantitative method because the data obtained is analyzed using numbers. Respondents from this study were four carrot suppliers from Kakaskasen I. The results of this study show that each trader has a different income and a different amount of sales. The first trader has an income of IDR 18,677,571, the second trader IDR 5,347,778, the third trader IDR 1,225,317, and the fourth trader IDR 11,659,481. Each trader's Break Even Point (BEP) calculation results have passed the breakeven point. The results of calculating the Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C Ratio) for each trader yield more than 1, so these results indicate that the business of carrot supply suppliers from Kakaskasen I Village who sell at Bersehati Manado Market is profitable and feasible to run and develop.

Kinerja Penyuluh Pertanian Dari Persepsi Kelompok Tani Di Kelurahan Rap-Rap Kabupaten Minahasa Utara

Agriculture sustains people's lives and is one of the country's main economic sectors. Agriculture is also a pillar to drive the national economy. Perception is a way used by a person in determining, interpreting, and organizing existing information to create a meaningful world. Performance is a characteristic of agricultural instructors to develop the obligation function. The instructors have a reference in carrying out counselling and stabilizing the community. This study aimed to determine the perception of the farmer groups on the performance of agricultural instructors in Rap-rap Village, Airmadidi Subdistrict, North Minahasa Regency. This study used the qualitative method. The data was collected using the primary data obtained through direct interviews and distributing questionnaires to farmers. The secondary data was obtained through the Agricultural Instructors Center of Airmadidi Subdistrict and relevant journals. The sampling technique used was Purposive Sampling. Data analysis techniques used were descriptive data analysis using Likert scale measurements. The number of respondents was 20 farmers. The results of this study indicated that farmers' perception of the performance of agricultural instructors in Rap-rap Village, Airmadidi Subdistrict, North Minahasa Regency as a whole was categorized as good with an average value of 4.10.

Peranan Credit Union Mototabian Kotamobagu Terhadap Kesejahteraan Petani Penerima Kredit

This study aims to determine farm credit's role in improving local farmers' welfare in Sinisir Village, Modoinding District, and Guaan Village, Mooat District. Qualitative approaches, such as field observation and in-depth interviews, are used in this study. The data are from multi-session interviews with six selected farmers and three Mototabian Credit Union field administrators. The results indicate that Credit Union Mototabian assists in farming planning, production techniques, utilization of farming capital, and marketing. Farmers can increase their productivity, financial management capabilities, and welfare with extension and assistance programs.
