Dampak Pandemi COVID-19 Terhadap Pendapatan Usaha Pedagang Pengumpul Buah Pisang di Kelurahan Tongkeina Kota Manado

Abstract

The Covid-19 disease impacts health and the economic and educational conditions of the Indonesian people. So many community activities in all fields, such as banana fruit collectors, are hampered. Bananas are the main fruit crop for most Indonesians and occupy the top rank of fruit consumption nationally. This study aimed to determine changes in the business income of banana collectors in the Tongkeina Village due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. This type of research uses a descriptive quantitative methods. Data collection techniques using interviews, and observation. Methods of data analysis using analysis of costs, receipts and income. The number of respondents was eight collectors. The results showed the impact caused by the Covid-19 pandemic on the income of banana collectors in Tongkeina Village, Bunaken District, namely the decrease in the income of banana collectors. The average income of banana collectors before the Covid-19 pandemic was Rp 3,544,234 and decreased during the Covid-19 pandemic to Rp 2,349,609.
