This research was conducted on Goan Farm laying hens by combining the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and SWOT Analysis to obtain a suitable business model for developing the Goan Farm livestock business. This study aims to find out how the application of the BMC is currently being carried out on Goan Farm and to provide alternative strategies for developing a business. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, with data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that Goan Farm livestock has not been effective in implementing the BMC on the customer segment elements, value proposition, main channels and resources. Through the SWOT matrix approach, Goan Farm has strengths in the customer segment elements, value proposition, main channels and resources that can minimize existing weaknesses to gain great opportunities. An alternative strategy that can be implemented is the WO strategy, minimizing weaknesses to take advantage of opportunities.
